usage of baking soda for skin care.

we know that Fruits and vegetables help us for glowing skin and also maintain our health but the problem is we know all thing but we don’t have time to eat to think about our self the first reason is we are busy in our study,jobs at home and etc.
we don’t have time to eat fruit,vegetable and also many things. But we daily took bath and also washed our hands and we washed our face, also we washed our feet etc etc.
So very easy to use and simple to apply..i have 8 useful method which will help you in the daily life.
many people thinking i will also tell you  to eat  fruits and vegetables…. yup fruits and vegetables also necessary for healthy life but i have one more thing its baking soda!!!

method are as follows:

1.Squeaky clean hair: Add a teaspoon of baking soda to your usual shampoo bottle to help remove buildup from conditioners, mousses, and sprays, and to improve manageability.

2.Combs and brushes: Hair spray and oil and sticky gel  buildup on combs and brushes can be removed by soaking them in a sink of warm water/hot water and adding 3 tablespoons baking soda and 3 tablespoons bleach.and this mixture will remove from your combs and brushes.



3.Hands: Remove fish, onion , or garlic cigarettes odor from hands with a solution of 3 parts baking soda to 1 part water or liquid soap. Rub mixture in your hands, and rinse off.

4:feet. 3 tablespoons of baking soda Soak tired feet in a basin of warm water .

a.Add 4 tablespoons baking soda to 1 quart warm water, and soak feet for 10 minutes to relieve foot itch.

b.Smooth rough and hardened calluses and heels by massaging them with a paste of 3 parts baking soda per 1 part water.


5:face.For sunburn pain, saturate a washcloth with a solution of 4 tablespoons baking soda in 1 quart water. Apply to affected area.


6.Nail care: Clean fingernails and toenails by scrubbing them with a nailbrush dipped in baking soda. This also softens cuticles.

7.Elbows: Rub a baking-soda paste onto your elbows to smooth away rough skin



8.Relaxing baths: Baking soda added to the bathwater has a softening effect on the skin. Add 1/2 cup to a full bath.
